Send a request

Cannot sign in? Email hello@rcall.app for account help or privacy questions. There is no guaranteed response time or emergency support.

In-app requests require a verified account and are subject to submission limits to reduce spam. Your mailbox handles email independently; there is no anonymous message form on this public page.

Include the page name, approximate time and time zone, browser/device, and an error reference if one appears. Do not send passwords, access tokens, email confirmation links, or screenshots of private content.

Signup and sign-in

1. Create your account and leave the check-email page open.
2. Open the newest Rcall confirmation email in the browser where you requested it. Check Spam or Junk if needed; delivery may take a few minutes.
3. Confirm your email, then sign in with the password you chose. If asked, review the current terms before opening the workspace.

For an expired or used link, request a new confirmation email. For a forgotten password, request a password reset. A new request does not prove that an email reached your inbox.

If your workspace cannot open, retry once. If it still fails, send the displayed reference to support. Do not recreate your account or change database settings to work around an error.

Connect, save, then recall

Open Connections and follow the instructions for Claude or ChatGPT. Your assistant account must support custom connections. Approve only the permissions you want to grant.

Use a harmless test detail:

Save this in Rcall: I prefer oat milk in my coffee.

Confirm that an actual Rcall tool was used and that the item appears in Memories. Start a new chat and ask:

Look in Rcall. What milk do I prefer in my coffee?

To carry on in another assistant, connect it to the same Rcall account and ask it to retrieve the saved context. A different Rcall account must not see the memory. An assistant's promise to remember is not proof of a save.

Export, disconnect or delete

Export saved information

In Account, choose Download export. It includes your memories and project data, including previously saved content. Check the downloaded JSON is complete before relying on it. Edits during export can invalidate a download; retry when editing has stopped.

Revoke a connection

In Connections, revoke the relevant host. This stops future access after the revocation succeeds and leaves your Rcall data in place. Copies already in that host's conversations are separate.

Delete a saved item or project

Use its website deletion control and read the confirmation. Deleting a project can remove its associated data; move memories elsewhere first if you want to keep them.

Delete an account

In Account, use the permanent deletion control, provide your current password and enter DELETE MY ACCOUNT. Export anything you need first. If the operation fails, deletion is not complete; retry or contact support.

Assisted deletion

Accounts linked to billing or with verified multifactor authentication require help. Contact hello@rcall.app. Do not disable security or provide a password by email to get around this restriction.

Live deletion is not instant erasure from provider backups, logs or downloaded copies. See the retention explanation. Account-linked application records are removed through the account-deletion process; provider retention must be handled separately.

Privacy requests

Email hello@rcall.app with the subject Rcall privacy request and a short description. We may need to verify that you own the account before disclosing or deleting information.

You can review the Privacy Notice and Terms of Use without signing in. Keep your first message minimal; we will explain any additional information needed.

Report a security concern

Email hello@rcall.app with the subject Rcall security report. Describe the affected page or feature and a non-sensitive reproduction.

Do not test against other people's accounts, extract private information, disrupt the service, or post credentials publicly. If you encounter someone else's data, stop and report the reference without copying the content.
